Terms and Conditions

These Terms cover your use of go.freedomminisplits.com and participation in the Freedom Mini Splits text messaging program operated by Freedom Electric LLC, operating as Freedom Mini Splits.

Website and Service Requests

This website allows you to learn about our mini-split services and request service. Provide accurate contact and service information when submitting a request. A form submission is an inquiry; it does not by itself confirm an appointment, a final price, or a service contract. Service scope, availability, pricing, and any applicable service-specific terms will be confirmed separately.

Freedom Mini Splits SMS Program

The program provides texts relating to mini-split service inquiries, scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates about requested services. Customers who separately opt into marketing may also receive service offers, discounts, and promotional service announcements. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Enrollment and Consent

You enroll through the specific SMS consent choices presented on our request form. Service-related and marketing consent are separate choices. Both SMS checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. You can select either, both, or neither. We send only the categories of messages you have agreed to receive.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of submitting a request, obtaining a quote, or purchasing services. Providing your phone number, using the website, or accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute SMS consent. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use, and notify us if you stop using that number.

Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, appointments, and the categories you select. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing texts. Contact your wireless provider for information about your plan and charges.

Unsubscribing

Reply STOP to a text from us to leave the SMS program. We will send a confirmation and stop further program messages. You can request enrollment again through the applicable opt-in process. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel an existing service appointment; contact us separately for appointment changes.

Reply HELP to a program text for assistance. You may also call (603) 475-6082 or email [email protected]. Send STOP and HELP replies to the number that sent you the program message.

Delivery

Text delivery depends on your device, wireless provider, and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers have no liability for messages delivered late or not delivered.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for details about information handling and SMS consent. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not provided to third parties for their marketing or promotional use.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and post the updated effective date. Changes do not expand your SMS consent; we will obtain additional consent where required before sending new categories of messages.
